Certifications & Licensing
In order to perform Electrology the Florida Department of Health requires and mandates that an Electrologist must attend a licensed and certified School of Electrology. By doing so, one can become an Electrologist with the minimum LE (Licensed Electrologist) certification.
Additionally, the Department of Hearth requires that an Electrologist must obtain licensing and certifications as a CME (Certified Medical Electrologist), and CCE (Certified Clinical Electrologist) in order to perform Laser Hair Removal.
At present, I currently hold the highest level of training, licensing, and certifications an Electrologist can possess within the state of Florida. My Board Certifications and Licensing's consist of the following: CME (Certified Medical Electrologist), CCE (Certified Clinical Electrologist), and LE (Licensed Electrologist). In addition to all of my licenses and certifications I am also a member of SCHMR (The Society for Clinical and Medical Hair Removal)
